We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Logify360 for your internal business operations. You generally agree not to:

Reverse engineer or copy our underlying code.

Use the platform to store illegal or malicious content.

Resell the service without our permission.

Billing: Services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

Taxes: All fees are exclusive of GST, which will be charged as applicable (currently 18%).

Refunds: You may cancel at any time. We do not offer refunds for partial months unless otherwise required by law.

We strive for 99.9% uptime. However, we are not liable for downtime caused by:

Third-party cloud provider outages (e.g., AWS outages).

Force majeure events (Internet failures, natural disasters).

Scheduled maintenance (which we will notify you about in advance).

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:

Logify360 is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding specific results.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of profits or data).

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You retain ownership of your Observability Data. We retain ownership of the Logify360 Platform, including our software, AI models, designs, and trademarks.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
